The high-viscosity rotary pump employs anti-vapor lock technology, achieving a self-priming height of up to 9 meters and a horizontal self-priming height exceeding 100 meters. No priming or pre-priming is required, and its gas-liquid adaptive integrated box effectively eliminates gas lock and cavitation during the pumping process.

The pump utilizes a specialized mechanical seal to achieve a two-phase gas-liquid seal. Its unique sealing surface structure ensures thorough lubrication, effectively preventing dry friction, high temperatures, cracking, and failure of the sealing surface.

Optimized rotor profile design and material formulation ensure stable operation under harsh conditions such as corrosive media and high-viscosity fluids.

The integrated control system employs an advanced embedded system for intelligent monitoring.
