Simple structure, inexpensive;
Low operating requirements, wide application;
The end cover and the inter-tooth grooves of the gear form many fixed sealed working chambers, allowing it to be used only as a quantitative pump.
The gear adopts a new technology of advanced international level in the 1990s-the double-circular arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with involute gears, its most prominent advantage is that there is no relative sliding on the tooth profile surface during gear meshing, so there is no wear on the tooth surface, balanced operation, no fluid trapping, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional design, bringing gear pumps into a new era in design, production, and use.
The pump is equipped with a differential pressure safety valve for overload protection. The full backflow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted separately within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation; a pressure reducing valve can be installed separately when needed.
The pump shaft end seal design has two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be determined according to specific application conditions and user requirements.
