High Temperature Gear Pump

The high temperature gear pump is manufactured using heat-resistant cast iron or high-temperature stainless steel materials. The pump body is specially treated with anti-thermal deformation technology to ensure stable performance under continuous high-temperature working conditions.

It is equipped with high-temperature mechanical seals and high-temperature bearing assemblies, enabling long-term operation in harsh thermal environments. A built-in overload safety pressure relief valve effectively prevents pressure shock in high-temperature pipelines.

The optimized axial clearance design helps reduce the risk of jamming and wear under thermal expansion conditions, ensuring smooth operation, strong self-priming capability, and reliable continuous performance.

Our high temperature gear pump is specifically engineered for stable and safe operation in continuous high-heat industrial fluid transfer systems.

The factory supports OEM / ODM customization, including private labeling, drawing-based production, and sample-based manufacturing. The minimum order quantity is only 1 unit, and mixed-model shipments within the same batch are supported.

With a monthly production capacity of up to 2,000 units, standard models are kept in regular stock. Delivery is strictly carried out according to contractual schedules, while repeat orders from long-term customers can benefit from shorter lead times, meeting both bulk and urgent procurement requirements.
